Core Marketplace & Operations Platform
The foundational marketplace and operations platform that unified Edit London's resale business across inventory, warehousing, POS, consignors, and analytics.

Overview
Working with The Edit London, we designed and built a core marketplace and operations platform that acts as the single source of truth for products, inventory, consignors, warehouses, and orders. The system models owned, consigned, and virtual stock under a unified data model, powers multichannel listings into Shopify and external marketplaces, and connects directly into POS and warehouse operations so that every stock movement and sale is reflected in real time. On top of this foundation, we layered role-based access for staff and consignors and an analytics and reporting backbone that generates investor- and operations-grade reports. This core platform underpins later modules such as smart pricing, personal shopping, and store-to-store cross-selling.
Impact

- •Supported almost 4,000 consignor accounts and around 50 internal staff working from the same live operational data.
- •Delivered the data and reporting backbone used for investor and performance snapshots totalling over £10m in processed sales.
