Overview

Building on the core marketplace and operations platform, we designed a dedicated Personal Shopping Platform for The Edit London that lets buyers and personal shoppers curate product selections, generate private order links, and take payment via Stripe without requiring customers to create an account. The flow starts with staff assembling a tailored cart from live inventory, then sending a unique URL that exposes just that order through a guest access token. Clients can review items, complete payment through a secure Stripe Checkout Session, and track order status, while the underlying platform keeps inventory, consignor payouts, and reporting fully in sync. This gives Edit London's VIP clients a white-glove digital experience that matches their in-store service, without adding manual work for the operations and finance teams.
