Logistics Operations Streamlining Platform
An operations platform that automates supplier inventory checks, order flows, and invoice reconciliation to reduce manual work.

Overview
Working with GGTEAMWEAR, we designed a foundational operations platform that sits between their suppliers, online sales channels, and back-office finance systems. The application automates real-time inventory verification before orders are placed, ingests pre-processed order files and delivery documents, and runs an OCR-powered reconciliation pipeline that compares purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices line by line. It flags pricing and quantity mismatches, highlights exceptions for review, and provides a clear audit trail for every document match. Instead of fragmented spreadsheets and manual checks, operations and finance teams now work from a single dashboard that surfaces discrepancies, reconciliation status, and key operational metrics, with a clear path to expand into additional automation and analytics modules over time.
