Overview
For Tramo Group, a specialist logistics provider focused on high-end furniture and white-glove delivery, we designed and operated a Warehouse Visibility Platform that unified operations across office, warehouse floor, and last-mile delivery. The system combines an office web app for multi-warehouse WMS operations and client-facing visibility, a handheld warehouse app for executing jobs, stock moves, and anomaly capture, and an advanced delivery tracking module with live ETAs and digital proof-of-delivery. Together, these surfaces replace spreadsheet-based processes with a single, multi-tenant, role-based platform that gives both Tramo and its clients real-time insight into inventory, orders, jobs, and deliveries.
